Using our fees web page you can calculate the total cost of your rental. Please remember that you will need to include time for setup and cleanup in your total reservation time. For the exact cost of your rental (and to make a reservation) you will need to call our Reservation Coordinator at 03222-242397.

Yes, you can cancel a reservation up to 30 days prior to the event and receive a partial refund of your rental fee. A 10 % service fee will be charged for any reservation cancelled 30 days or more prior to the event.

Sorry serving alcohol inside the Community Hall building is not allowed.

The maximum occupancy of our auditorium is 1500 people. This is the standing occupancy (without any tables and chairs in the room). The seated capacity of the room is about 400 people per floor. With tables and chairs, the occupancy is about 130 people. Our meeting room has a capacity of about atmost 400 people per floor.

Yes, our kitchen is available for rental if you are also renting another room in the facility. Please see our rental fees page for the rental rate.

Our kitchen can only be used for preparation of food to be consumed at the Prajapati Ghar Community Hall. Unfortunately, we can not rent out our kitchen separately for commercial food preparation.
